Me gusta la limpieza que tienen en los pasillos y los cuartos de los paciente de este lugar y los terapia física y ocupacional es excelente en esa parte los recomiendo al 100 %

The environment is clean. There is a sense of camaraderie. The patients are well served, and their needs are well met. Management seem to have a handle on things. I only have one comment. The medication cards could be a little bit more organized. Barring that, excellent place of work.

While visiting my good friend Leopoldo Fleming in room 318, we had dinner in the Community Dining area. The staff was very helpful and assistive and they seem to always what to help him and make sure his needs are being fulfilled and that's all we can ask for our loved ones!

My son is a patient there now. He had partial amputation of his foot. While some nurses and staff are very nice, much work is needed when it comes to physical therapy. I don't know if it is the lack of finances or if they just don't care. The head of this place needs to do a "SURPRISE " visit.
I was a patient here 8 yrs ago and I see how it has definitely gone down.

The receptionist is very friendly and the staff also and the Care Staff members too. It is very clean and a warm place, the Care Staff members are very friendly and care about the patients, and their family who comes to visit a family member and friends.

If I had to give a star rating on the floor nurses and cna's alone. I would gladly give 5 stars. The floor staff are some of the most caring individuals that I have ever met in my life. My mother was there approximatley two and a half months and they always treated her with kindness and respect. Nurse Salma O., Nurse Patrina, and CNA Sherry are the names that stand out to me because I had the most commuiication with them. There were certainly more that I cannot recall the names of.
The upper management was a different story. The head nurse did not respond to my messages in a timely fashion and we had to debate about the meds they were giving my mother. I demanded that they test my mother before giving her any new medications. I also requested that I be informed when they altered my mother's medication but that did not happen. I never met the doctor. I don't know if he is an off site doctor.
If you ever go there please stay in contact with your insurance. If they decide to stop paying, the social worker and administration will work quickly to get you out. I understand that it is a business but they don't seem to fight for you and nobody talks to you to explains any changes. They need you out of that bed asap.
I was truly disgusted with management.
The furniture is old and outdated. Same goes for the elevators.
