Definitivamente esta compañía en algún momento quizás tuvo un mal momento, pero quiero compartirles a todos los padres de niños que tienen alguna necesidad que esta compañía ensamble ahora tiene excelentes terapistas y un excelente equipo. Puedo constatar que mis hijos van a terapia ocupacional y a terapia del habla y las terapistas que mis hijos tienen son excelentes. Gracias a ellas. Mi niña más pequeña ha desarrollado un lenguaje más amplio y tengo conversaciones. Mi niño autista, tiene mejor desarrollo en sus sistema motor en su forma de expresarse. nunca terminaremos de aprender, pero el equipo que tienen son Excelentes.

If I could give 0 stars I would, they bill my insurance yet my son hasn’t even been seen by any therapist from here. It’s crazy how they can bill my insurance since July 2024 but only done an evaluation January 2025 and still no therapy sessions scheduled. I call, leaving voicemails and still nothing. This place is so unprofessional. I can’t believe my insurance referred me to this place.

I left a voicemail today3/25/2025, and their response to my review is they didn’t find it on their records. If anything this place needs a new system to keep track.

The other reviews about the front desk is spot on. Very immature for her age and rude. Clearly they were at fault for a scheduling issue through Zoom on a Saturday . And she tried to make all the excuses in the world as to why they couldn’t help us. Mind you I called from 8 AM to 12 and she had to balls to tell me on the phone today that the front desk person was probably on break for four hours.?. No excuses, please. Just own up and man up to the mistake and most importantly do better. Besides that everything else is fine.

The front desk staff is very very rude besides the young girl. If you ask them anything you will be ignored until they are ready to talk to you. If want to change your appointment times and you recently have they will remind you that you did so in an unprofessional manner. If you wait in their lobby little kids will come up to you because the staff doesn't apply the rules to everyone and they are too busy singing or gossiping. I seen very little improvement from my son while he went there 4 days a week for about 5 months. Only 1 time I went in the back with him after that they never called me to do anything with him again. The jyhmal therapist was very rude when I was doing video conference meetings from home bc the weather was too bad for her to drive and I'm obese and told her I needed a small break then she replied well you need to get used to it bc you are a dad now. I put on 200 pounds in 8 years working a desk job that paid well so I can afford health insurance for my now 20 year old daughter and didn't appreciate that comment at all. Also she didn't like talking to me was real quick to shoo me out the door if I made any small talk. The speech therapist was great she was genuine and sincere I hope she finds a better place to work at she is real sincere. The rest of the staff never said high toe or smile or anything just glared at me when they owned the door and their appointments didn't show up. If you are running late and call they seemed annoyed to have to answer the call. I only had to change my appointment 1 time to later and they seemed to be annoyed with that by saying you can't keep doing this to me on my first And only time. Today was my son's last appointment I sit out in the outside like baby where no one is around on the phone or reading articles and I think out loud sometimes and I was in the parking lot and was on the phone with my child's mother and I mentioned to her how I was treated today and told them they were rude with me today and one of the employees overheard by her car and went back in and told them. 1 hour later I get a call from them and they tell me not to come back and that I made their staff feel uncomfortable or not safe or something along the lines of that when I was nothing but polite to them. Because I mentioned how I was treated by their staff today to her they made up some bc saying I had repeated out burst previously and this was the final one. I asked them if there were other times why did you see my son today and I wasn't given a warning or notified which they had no answer to. I asked which employee I was rude too and they said it was out in the parking lot that they hard an out burst. You aren't allowed to talk on your phone outside in the parking lot? I have another in home care provider ready to replace them this next week and they found out about that today when they reached out to them b fire they called me and made up a story as if it was my fault they didn't want him back anymore..... It doesn't get any greasier then this place. Don't waste your gas money and time coming here for rude staff that hate their jobs and very little improvement for your child that they don't invite you back to prove any progress with them. I filed grievance with iehp against them for everything listed above. The snoody little attitudes they carry are something else had I know they were going to pull this stuff I would have never went in the first place. They don't really care about you or your child you are just another customer that they earn bookoo bucks for. Don't touch the door handles you might get sick. Don't ask to reschedule or change schedule bc they have so many kids they can't fit you in and get an attitude.

I came in for my son to get assesed I loved the way we were treated and greeted as we came in. But I still waiting on resutls as a parents this is a very intense process and the time they take to get back to you is not okay. I am on week 6 no calls yet I continue to call daily to his results nothing yet. Either than that I really liked the staff all have been very nice and helpful.

This place is beyond unprofessional. I’ve been waiting for my baby to be seen by a physical therapist for over two months now, only for them to cancel the day before every time. First it was because the physician was “sick”, the next few times I had no explanation and was told to call back to reschedule. Not to mention they have a bad attitude. Please don’t waste your time on this place..

This used to be Easy Speech. They rebranded but don’t be fooled. I found them to be very unethical and also provide poor services to their patients. Don’t let this be your child.
