I met with both Ben and Lindsey and ending up working with Lindsey. I'll say, next to other therapists I've had in the past, they are both so approachable and not too woowoo, which is a big turn off for me. Lindsey and I got a lot of work done and things have turned around. Hopefully I won't have to engage in therapy again anytime soon ... But when I do.... Lindsey is my go to!

Highly recommend! A warm and safe enviroment! I could laugh I could cry without judgment. My counselor (Lindsey)and I created goals and once I was able to reach and MAINTAIN those goals we discontinued services. Fast-forward six months. I have reached moments where I feel I need to go back. But I dont, I just have to remind myself of the techniques and action plans we put in place for me to be able to achieve happiness. Cognitive behavioral therapy has saved my life a time of two. I am able to challenge my thoughts and see results with my behavior and feelings. And vice versa. Like anyone I am far from perfect but I am forever greatful for Lindsey, who sat with me once a week to educate me and teach me how to have healthy thoughts, something that I could carry with me for life.
