I was experiencing severe pain and numbness from Carpal Tunnel after a wrist break and had been told that I would need an operation to relieve it. I found Jamie who thought he could work on it. He explained that the whole wrist, elbow, neck etc has to be worked on not just where the pain sight is. I’ve been seeing Jamie for a few months and after just a few sessions had some relief. I now have no pain, and I have full feeling in the whole of my hand. I’m so grateful that my hand is back to normal and no operation needed. I really didn’t think it would feel that good again.

Already after the first session with Jamie, I felt a big improvement in my knee. He took one look at my alignment and found the cause of some of my pain before I had mentioned it to him. Jamie adopts a holistic approach also addressing underlying issues that could potentially affect the main injury. It is clear that he is passionate about his work and that he has a lot of knowledge and experience within his field. Jamie is insightful, informative, engaged, focused, respectful and service-minded. I've been attending Jamie since 2021 when I slipped a disc in my back. The sheer relief after the 1st session was amazing.
Jamie also gave me alot of guidance over the last 18 months on how to exercise with my injury and function as I was in so much pain and vhallenged with my mobility.
Since then he has also treated my shoulder after a bad fall.
I could not recommend Jamie more, his experience, guidance and professionalism flood through in the very first session.
We're very blessed to have his amazing skills and knowledge in Tias.

I had major back surgery 11years ago 2 x 12” rods and 14 screws after breaking my back. Every so often I get discomfort with lower back and ribs. After visiting Jamie yesterday for a 30/45 minute session he has given so much relief. Worth every penny.
