An Unforgettable Experience with Ivan & Stella

My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting Ivan and Stella to strengthen our relationship and deepen our understanding of Tantra philosophy, and the experience was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed with their warm hospitality and genuine presence. Their deep knowledge helped us cut out unnecessary noise from our lives and focus on what truly matters, improving the overall quality of our daily experiences.

Beyond their wisdom, Ivan and Stella have a beautiful energy that made our time with them even more special. Their wonderful family—including their son Adrian, Flake the adorable dog, and Cook the incredibly smart cat—added a unique and heartwarming touch to our journey.

We left feeling more connected, present, and inspired, and we truly hope to meet with them again in the future. If you’re looking for an enriching experience that nurtures both your relationship and personal growth, we highly recommend spending time with Ivan and Stella!

I was part of a six days tantra yoga and hiking. As a single woman traveler, I learned a lot about what tantra really is. We practiced Yoga and many beautiful meditations. Stella and Ivan took us to visit beautiful natural places in Tenerife. The accommodation is very spacious, comfortable and well organized. The loving energy Stella and Ivan gave to me is absolutely rejuvenating. I'm so grateful to life for having had this blissful experience. Thank you Stella and Ivan🙏

In March 2025 I came to Tantra Bridge for a female only retreat to learn about tantra yoga.

Stella led the course and was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming - she created an environment that allowed us to feel safe to explore the practices and connect more deeply within ourselves.

I found it a spiritually strengthening experience, I enjoyed the course content, the location of the retreat and also the amazing vegetarian food that was provided by Ivan throughout the stay.

Ivan was also very welcoming and helpful though for this retreat he remained in a support role and didn't participate in the actual course content - this was women only.

I would highly recommend this retreat for anyone interested in deepening their connection to themselves and learning more about tantra.

✨Insights into another world ✨
I am so infinitely grateful for a week of private tantra massage retreat with Stella & Ivan in the mountains of the east coast of Tenerife. 🙏🏻

We used the many components of Tantra for a better life every day: 1h meditation, 1h Yoga Sun Sallutation, 1h healthy breakfast, 3-5h Tantra Massage Teaching (theory, demonstration, giving, receiving), 3-5h hiking/bathing, 1h cooking & dinner, sometimes 1h sauna.🏔️

Learning what the tantric way of life is and what belongs to Tantra (and especially what doesn't) was eye-opening for me. Especially the insights around self-love, self-acceptance, deeper satisfaction are worth so much more than beliefs that tell you that short-term s e x adventures or quick o r g a s m s could heal wounds and meet needs.❤️

At the same time, there were so many wonderful techniques for tantric massages (including Yoni & Lingam massage) to learn, which could also be wonderfully integrated into more erotic scenarios. Incidentally, everything during the retreat was very professional, technical and appreciative. At the same time, the possible ways of using these techniques are so promising for my future s e x life. I'm curious to see if there will be a follow-up retreat that will focus even more on tantric s e x u a l i t y. 💪🏼

It was also a really incredible opportunity to immerse myself in energy work with and on people, which I personally found very healing and powerful! For me as the recipient and also for the person I massaged. ✨

I highly recommend it and it was worth every penny. ‼️

The NY retreat I did with Stella and Ivan was amazing! They are such lovely and generous people, which gave such a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The venue itself was beautiful, we also used the sauna on NY which was fun! Learnt lots about tantra and we practiced yoga during sunrise overlooking the mountains, stunning! Not to mention the sunrise NY day swim we did! Wonderful energy, great activities, and a beautiful atmosphere - would highly recommend!

My husband and I spent a week in this amazing place in Tenerife, together with Sella and Ivan. We participated in Tantra massage retreat, during which we explored the secrets of tantric massage. Stella and Ivan opened their home, knowledge and hearts to us. Just spent 5 nights on the Taste of tantra & nature retreat. Ivan & Stella welcome you into their home and you immediately feel at ease. The food is veggie and gorgeous, the accommodation is basic and clean. The course dispelled a lot of misconceptions I had about tantra and the lectures on chakras and energy were really enlightening. I enjoyed the morning breathing exercises and meditations very much, learning quite a few new techniques; and what better than doing sun salutations on an outside terrace over looking the mountains and the sea, especially when Flaky their beautiful lab joins in. The daily excursions provide a welcome diversion and they take you to some hidden gems on the island, you’ll definitely discover a different Tenerife than fish ‘n chips with Sangria! For an insight into Tantra I’d highly recommend this course. Jan 2025

I spent 5 wonderful days at Tantra Bridge retreat for women only. I learned a lot about Tantra massage and about giving and receiving. I experienced inner healing and growth. Stella created a safe space for us to open up, and Ivan prepared delicious dinners every evening. It’s a very peaceful place and the yoga and meditations in the morning made me really calm down and feel very good in my body and mind.
