Sean & his team have been amazing from the get go. After shopping around for many months, Tera was the most affordable when it came to designing & manufacturing my product. Sean owes me thousands of dollars. Sean missed every deadline and did work without approval several times. The work done was so bad that I had to start over with another manufacturer.

Avoid this company at all costs! Major red flags everywhere. They can’t even return my own money for a deposit I canceled before any work was done.

He overcharges as well. My new manufacturer was more than 50% cheaper and is 1000% higher quality.

They broke our contract twice. They quoted a maximum price for a new core if needed. Turned out I did need it, but they demanded over 3 times that price. So I opted to terminate the contract and invoke their own exit clause in which they are supposed to refund half my down payment but they simply refused, saying they invested too much time. They'd drag their feet at every step, and nothing got done unless I nagged them. There were several other ways in which they were unprofessional, but you get the idea. Do not give them your business.

After months of searching for an injection mold maker for my new invention, I was finally referred to Tera Engineering by a friend. I spoke to so many mold makers who promised fast delivery and affordable pricing only to find out their idea of affordable was a lot, and the mold was still being made in China. It is very hard to get around having a mold made in China as US pricing is about 3 to 5 x's the cost.

Sean worked with me step by step from the CAD design to the mold and the final product, and I was able to do it all with he and his staff. I am very detail oriented and was involved in the entire process. My mold was exactly as quoted and at a price that was truly amazing. There wasn't any surprise to my process. I am impatient and thought things could be done fast but I have learned so much about injection mold making, plastic, production etc., that I am now much more prepared for my next project and will absolutely use Tera Engineering!

I am currently selling product and patent pending. This is an honest business and I would highly recommend them to people who are serious about their project. There is another review on here that is lackluster and my experience has been 100% positive. You cannot beat the pricing, the knowledge, expertise etc., anywhere that I have talked to. It was also exciting to watch them expand and grow their business during the time I was working with them.
