My mom and I both came here for massages recently and we both were underwhelmed. My massage therapist was sweet and responsive to my requests, hint seemed inexperienced. The massage strokes would stop halfway, the pressure was too little or too much, it felt like one side was given more time than the other at times. It was a postnatal massage but when I asked about what’s special about postnatal he said not much, and described more what they do in prenatal. I expected that they would ask me about whether I’m nursing, whether I have diastasis recti etc - standard postnatal things, but they didn't. Thus I was doing a lot of mental work telling them what to do differently, which areas to focus on, and even then the massage technique and pressure felt unsatisfactory. The massage therapist was sweet and accommodating to my requests but the technique in the end was unsatisfactory. I think you should train your therapists a lot more and get more experienced ones if you’re going to charge the kind of prices you have. This massage was not worth the steep price and I did not come out feeling particularly relaxed.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but was curious to try this technique and I’m so glad I did. JoAnna has such an intuitive and gentle approach that made the whole experience incredibly effective. I’m amazed at how much relief I’ve experienced and highly recommend her to anyone considering this therapy!

Jesse Byrd was absolutely amazing. He understood my needs and worked with my body in a way that I slept like I never slept before that night after the massage. He listened to my words as well as was very in tune with what my body was expressing and especially where I held stress, tension and even unexpressed emotions. His level of professionalism and expertise is above and beyond, I have received many massages and bodywork and I would say his gift, skill set and ability go unmatched.
