Experto, simpático, sin falta a recomendar!

Tenía dolor de espalda y un amigo me recomendó "Under Pressure". Fen, el propietario, es un tipo súper simpático y su pequeño estudio muy desahogado.

Tuve el placer de disfrutar de un masaje de 3/4h y estoy absolutamente encantada. Fen creó un ambiente en el me sentí inmediatamiente cómoda y relajada. El tratamiento fue distendido y perfectamente adapto a mis necesidades. Recomiendo encarecidamente a Fen y ya he concertado la próxima cita.

Excellent massage! I booked a 60 min massage using Whatsapp and everything worked very smoothly. Very relaxing massage. Fen listened accurately my wishes and executed as well. Unless my trip wasn't ending, I would book another session. Will definitely go again if I return to Tenerife.

We came across Fen’s place while walking around it is tucked away in a little ally so quiet and relaxing. The room is decorated nicely with some local art work. There were 4 of us and all were very happy. I suffer with lower back pain and tight glutes Fen listened to what I needed and I have to say the 1 hour sports massage was perfect with the pressure just right. I will be returning if we come back.

A friend recommended Fen's studio and I'm so glad I scheduled an hour with him! Unlike some massages I've had in the past, his technique felt thorough and tailored to exactly what my body needed. The decor of the place is thoughtful and uncluttered. The studio is located in the center of Puerto de la Cruz, but tucked away in a quiet alley so it's surprisingly peaceful. After many recommendations from friends I booked into the new Physio and Massage Therapy Studio in Puerto de la Cruz for a 1 hour Massage. Ferdinand, Fen to his regular clients, has an impressive list of professional qualifications for a variety of therapies and offers multiple durations of time / price for these.

Multi lingual Fen has a warm, welcoming, quiet oasis of a Studio, away from the noise of street traffic allowing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere for conducting the variety of Therapies available. Access is up 4 small steps from street level, however I understand a small ramp will be in place in the future for those clients with access issues.

I had a 1 Hour Muscle Therapy massage with particular focus on neck, back and leg historic injuries. Fen took the time at the start of the session to fully understand these injuries and adjusted his focus on these areas. My neck stiffness and 'niggling' pain was released almost immediately and now, a week on from the Therapy, I still have little or no discomfort in that area.

I would fully recommend this Therapy Specialist Fen to all in this relatively new venture. Pricing and Fees are so good and I understand in the future, multiple session pricing will be offered.

A professional massage from Fen at Under Pressure in the heart of Puerto.

His massage studio is well appointed with a loo and shower, the decor was tasteful and appropriate, music was offered for the massage. The massage table itself was very comfortable and Fen was very good as asking questions to ensure everything was going well once we were under way. I felt comfortable and cared for all the time.

Fen has lots of experience with massage having done it for many years and finally deciding to set up on his own in Puerto de la Cruz. He is conveniently located in Puerto just off the main road, a welcome relaxing haven of tranquility after pounding the streets of Puerto.

I had a full body massage lasting 1.5hrs, and unlike some other massages where the pre-chatter counts towards massage time, Fen ensured his hands were laying on me for the full 1.5hrs duration which I appreciated. Other durations are available, 1hr being the most popular, but I'm on holiday so decided to treat myself - he is not expensive, check out his website for pricing UPMassage dot me but at the time of writing, a half hour massage was Euros 25, excellent value.

The pressure was perfect, I asked for a sports massage as I had a few issues and these were discussed before we started, Fen concentrated on these areas with care and attention asking questions as necessary as he went. Water and other comforts were offered during our 1.5hrs together.

Having been for many massages in my time, this is most certainly one of the best, his hands are large and warm, perfect for giving massage, his spirit and soul equally so. I felt safe and secure whilst with him. The conversation was perfect, sometimes we talked, other times we didn't, I felt as though we could have done the entire massage in silence if that was my preference as I know it is for some.

If you're looking to reset your body in Puerto, do yourself a favour and book with Fen, I've already booked to go back for another!
